If you want to close your SIMAV mobile account or request deletion of associated personal data, contact the office associated with your account, or use the SIMAV contact page. State that you are requesting “SIMAV account deletion / data deletion”, which office your account belongs to (SIMAV or Carrero Insurance), and a safe way to reach you. The contact page prepares a WhatsApp message that you must review and send yourself. You do not need to be signed in to initiate a request.
Si deseas cerrar tu cuenta de SIMAV o solicitar la eliminación de datos personales asociados, comunícate con la oficina a la que pertenece tu cuenta o utiliza la página de contacto de SIMAV. Indica «Solicitud de eliminación de cuenta/datos SIMAV», tu oficina (SIMAV o Carrero Insurance) y un medio seguro de respuesta. The responsible office may verify your identity and review records that must be retained to comply with insurance, financial, legal or security obligations. Account closure or removal of app access is different from deleting historical records. The office should explain what can be deleted, what must be retained and how the request will be processed, then provide a response through the safe contact channel. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details or full medical records via the public form or WhatsApp.
La oficina responsable puede verificar tu identidad y revisar los registros que deban conservarse por obligaciones de seguros, financieras, legales o de seguridad. Cerrar el acceso a la app no equivale a borrar todos los expedientes históricos. La oficina debe explicarte qué datos puede eliminar, qué debe conservar y cómo tramitará tu solicitud, y responder por un canal seguro. No envíes contraseñas, números de Seguro Social, datos bancarios ni historiales médicos completos por el formulario público o WhatsApp.
Authorized SIMAV push notifications can continue after sign-out. If you change devices or no longer want the old device to receive notices, ask your office to disassociate or revoke that device. Notification settings on the phone control visibility; they do not automatically delete your account.

If you already have contact details for your SIMAV or Carrero Insurance office, you may direct the request there. Otherwise use the public contact form or the published WhatsApp contact route.
